The Eighth Annual STEM User Group Meeting took place on 16–18 September 2003 in
Emmanuel College, Cambridge, UK. A wide-ranging programme of presentations, discussions
and demonstrations included a VoIP modelling workshop over three sessions, presentations
on technical and opex modelling, and an introduction to the forthcoming STEM version
7.0.
